J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Amida Technology Solutions (Washington, DC) en mars 2017
Entretien
I got an email first, telling me I have been shortlisted. The first round was telephonic, where my resume was discussed. The second round was the following week at the office location in DC. There my resume was discussed in even more detail.
I realized that the people working here are extremely talented, the work culture is great!

I enjoyed the interview process with Amida; mine started with a coding challenge and then was two interviews discussing my resume and a personality interview.
It's a fairly easy process and is very relaxed. the team seemed interested in discussions and the way you think about problems.

The initial contact with their HR person was pleasant. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. The coding challenge was reasonable and the technical phone screen was solid and practical, but the dev I talked to seemed like he had done way too many of these recently to care and just kept sighing after I answered every question.
I got called in for an on-site and took a half-day off of work to travel into DC. I got stuck at the reception desk for almost 15 minutes because there was some hold up with another person trying to get into their office. After walking into their office, the floor was almost completely empty, except for one girl who yelled across the room "who is THAT?" as I was being escorted in. Sorry to intrude on your space, just a dev trying to get a job here... Finally, I spoke for twenty minutes with a dev and the same guy from the phone interview. They did not paint a good picture of the company and accidentally let slip that a lot of developers had left recently. No one else that I was supposed to speak with was available at that time or even came into the office that day. It would have been nice to know that beforehand so we could reschedule instead of wasting my whole afternoon.
