The first interview was easy the recruiter made me feel at ease. I was then called back for a second interview. The final interview is held with three members of the executive team. Candidates are asked to arrive in the AM for breakfast with a recruiter. The recruiter made me feel at ease . After breakfast you meet with the executive team there were several candidates interviewing at the same time. After the interviews you are taken on a tour. In total the experience wasn't as stressful as I expected. The team was very welcoming.
Three part interview capped off with a final interview with consisting of 3 parts. Asked if I was willing to work at any of their branch locations around the United States and how I deal with difficult customers.

I was offered an on-campus interview at a job fair. The interview consisted of general behavioral questions. I was then sent an email asking me to take a written assessment. I was given scenarios and asked to write relevant emails. Next I was contacted about a final interview in Rhode Island where I will interview with a couple of executives and be given a tour of headquarters.

Phone interview, video interview, then final interview in Rhode island. Nothing scary during face to face, everyone was nice and I felt prepped to answer all questions- no curveballs. You are walking around the corporate office all day with a interview helper, Have questions for them to avoid some awkwardness.
