It was a long process applying multiple times and writing emailing calling and submitting my resume. As I did not fit the general criteria for biotech it took them longer to see that I did have experience in other areas that could be useful. Interview was good lots of details and questions that arre general as well as specific to my experience.

Asking behaviour questions such as if any conflict within u and the team, how will u solve it etc. During the interview process, it was great as the managers were very nice and friendly to talk to.
