I was invited for an in-person interview after 2 phone screens and was promised for a confirmation regarding the available times. I never received any confirmations regarding the interview times until I followed-up on 2 accounts. During my in-person interview, I was turned off by how some members of the team did not understand my work environment despite the fact that I kept mentioning how my current company worked. I was questioned about why my company was structured in such a way and why I was in my current position and not a lower position. I was also questioned countless times by the same interviewers why I had so many responsibilities, despite the fact that I told them that my company was very small. I felt that some of the managers on the team were very disrespectful, not professional and not open-minded about any other clinical trials that occur outside of drug development.
