The interview process was similar to most other places, which starts with a screening interview by phone, then another phone interview with HR. The on-site interview was also similar to my past experiences with other Pharma companies, except it lasted only 4.5 hours, as opposed to the more typical 6-8 hours (including lunch). Interviews consisted of one-on-one sit down interviews with various team members from all levels, from director to middle management to entry-level associates.
In general, the questions were very open-ended, which to me is the hardest kind of interview. You seem to have a great deal of latitude to talk about yourself and the things you have done. The challenge is, can you talk about the things that are interesting and/or relevant to what they do.

It felt like I was speaking to a bot—or to a person who was just going through a script. The conversation was very one-sided, with little to no engagement from the interviewer. I was genuinely excited about the role, but the interview experience left me disappointed.
I was interviewed same day by the manager and the whole team. It was a good experience but can be a bit nerve racking. How hard it is depends on the people who are interviewing you.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? How does your experience go with this position?
Multiple rounds with different groups and questions were mostly behavioral. Each Team gets a chance to speak with you. There might a small technical component depending on which side of the process you work for.
