I interviewed for an associate director role. The interview process lasted approximately 3 weeks. I interviewed with four individuals including the hiring manager and the division leader. I spoke with the recruiting assistant but they assigned recruiter never made direct contact with me. The interview was difficult only from the perspective that they had not fully defined the role before they started to interviewing. So each time I spoke with a different member of their team, the expectations had been changed. That made it challenging to understand what they were really looking for.
