      Excellent, Mr. Ajani was extremely polite and friendly, asked only questions related to the process and teaching conceptions. He called on time, in the end, he let me know that it will be a second interview.

      I emailed my resume, letters of reference etc. to the listed contact, as there was more than one position in the area I was interested in. Within hours I was contacted by the lead of one of the schools and I called to set up an on-site interview set up for the next day. It was a fairly standard one on one interview (not too formal, almost a conversation) that lasted about 20 minutes that went well, and I was told right there that I would be invited back to give a demonstration lesson. Later that day I was contacted by someone at the district level for an interview at another AMETHOD school for a very similar position, and I called and set up another onsite interview. I then was able to schedule my demonstration lesson at the first school for the day after that, and I prepared for it over the intervening weekend. My second onsite interview was with both the district HR rep and the school lead. It was a bit more formal and significantly longer, at least 45 minutes, going through what seemed to be an official set of questions with notes taken about all of my answers. At the end of the interview, both interviewers evidently felt it had gone very well, and they offered me the job on the spot. I still had the demonstration planned for the next day, but they were very nice and told me I was free to see if I would be offered that position and then I could choose between the two if I liked. I asked to tour the school site to have some time to think about it. I was very impressed by what I saw, so I accepted the position at that site. This was by far the swiftest and best interview process that I have personally experienced. I couldn't be more pleased.
