Interview process was a bit lengthy .(2weeks) 1st step : 2 Telephonic interviews ( self intro , why want to join ameriprise , educational background , achievements ) 2nd step : Aptitude test & Ms-excel test 3rd step : Personal interview ( self introduction , example based questions and brief overview about the role) 4th step : video conferencing . I was being called for the 4th round.. But No offer Reason : vacancies got filled !
