I had a virtual interview with their recruiter, was sent a link and took an assessment and about a week later was scheduled for a virtual team interview. The day of the second interview, right before the interview was supposed to start, I received an email from the recruiter stating that it would have to be rescheduled. No apology for the late notice or anything. I’m an understanding person so I replied that rescheduling would be fine and sent my availability as requested. A couple days went by with no invite so I followed up with the recruiter on rescheduling the second interview. No response.
I don’t care if they decided not move forward with me; it happens. No big deal. All she simply had to do was email me. Why be dishonest and deceptive?

Entretien
Initially I received an email to sign up for an interview time which I did but never received a confirmation
or a link for the video chat. I emailed the interviewer and never received a response so I signed up for another time and received the link and confirmation. Interview seemed to go well, typical interview questions. The interviewer talked about a skills test that I would have to take that she would send to me within the hour, I never received it and instead received a rejection a few days later.
