After submitting a thorough Resume and Cover Letter I had my first phone interview. It went well and they had me take a personality test and IQ test. Following that I had a 2nd phone interview which I was told I'd need to fly to them for the 3rd. I was fine with that. After the 3rd interview I wasn't chosen. I really wanted to work for them. It's a great company.
