The interview process consisted of three stages. Initially, I had a phone call with the recruiter to discuss my qualifications and the role. Following this, I underwent a video call with one of the managers to delve deeper into my experience and skills. Prior to the final stage, I was tasked with conducting a website audit to showcase my analytical abilities and understanding of the role's requirements. The last stage comprised an in-person interview with another digital manager, another HR representative, and the chief technical officer (CTO). Although the process had been relatively straightforward leading up to this point, I encountered challenges during the final stage as I did not have a prior rapport with anyone present. Despite these challenges, I remained composed and provided thorough answers to the questions posed, which were direct and relevant to the role. However, I observed that the CTO struggled to keep pace with the discussion.

The interview process started with a phone call from a hiring manager. After a brief introduction and some initial conversation about the company and my background, the call was unexpectedly cut short around the 5-minute mark and never resumed. I attempted to reconnect, but there was no follow-up from their side. While the beginning of the call was friendly, the lack of communication or closure afterward left a poor impression of the company’s professionalism and candidate experience.
