Applied online, pretty quick to phone screen, then did a virtual call with the manager. No questions out of the norm & the recruiter was super pleasant.
The in person interview was. . . bizarre? Before the in person I was asked to watch some internal promo videos about the company, which felt a little odd, but fine. When I got there day of, I was asked to fill out a paper application again that dated back to High School (more than a decade ago at the time?) and refilled a bunch of the information I'd given online. There was then a panel interview with an HR rep, the hiring manager, and someone else at a higher level in the company. It was a weird vibe and I was super confused about why they were so focused on what I did when I was still in High School? I couldn't get a great read on the C level guy sitting in and the whole thing just felt weird.
They seemed to be most concerned with cultural fit for the company and asked a few different questions about the promo videos I'd been assigned to watch earlier. They seemed very proud of themselves and also wanted their candidate to be sufficiently enthusiastic. All in all, I'm glad I ended up taking a job elsewhere.

Question 1
Nothing out of the norm except for the request to give them my literal entire life story at the panel interview.

I only got as far as the phone interview. The interview was informative and laid back in a way that I didn't feel like I had to stumble through my thoughts for answers. Talked about the company, the team, and your experience.

Interviewed with both an HR rep and a member of the team. Interview seemed to go fine.
I ended up not getting the offer, and I asked for feedback from both the HR rep and the member of the proposal team. Both ignored my request.
Later, I applied for a different position within the company. I reached out again to the HR rep and a NEW member of the company, both of which ignored my emails/messages. Never got a response on my application, either.
