Phone, recruiter called based off monster.com old resume. It was friendly enough. The in person interview was structured and not too over bearing. But there was a shift in culture after being hired.

Entretien
Met with the lead process engineer, lead research engineer senior product engineer and lead product engineer. Connected with the first two and then was low key grilled by the senior engineer but nothing crazy. Had a good conversation with the lead product engineer and showed the the whole plant.
