I got an e-mail to apply to the company the weekend before the career fair at my university. I applied through my University career site, and went to the booth AWC had at the fair. The representative I spoke to gave me a next day interview on campus. After completing the next day interview, and getting a call back to move forward, I flew to AWC's headquarters in Winchester, VA. The HR representative that I was speaking with was so patient with me, I had such a good experience. The day that I could come fly to interview at the HQ kept changing, mostly because of how unsure I was with my own schedule at Uni. Although, the person I was communicating with through e-mail stuck through it all.
The interview experience itself was very friendly. I interviewed with 4 people, one of which was the CFO, then had to complete a small logic assessment. Everyone was so welcoming, and I did not feel intimidated at all. It was casual, a lot of "Tell me about yourself" type questions. It felt more like I was having conversations with employees rather than being interviewed which was nice.
If I were to give advice to improve the process, I would just ask to give a longer tour of the office, perhaps if there is a food court or dining room, that would be really nice to see.

The interview process went fine. The recruiter was very sweet and it was easy to connect with her. It felt like we were having a normal conversation. There were 4 different rounds of interviews. The last round was me meeting with the VP. The conversation went good and I expected a call/email back on if I had got the job or not. It is now over a month later and I have not heard anything back. It would have been nice to at least receive an email stating that they would be moving on with other candidates. Besides no one ever getting back to me, everyone I spoke with was extremely nice.
