It was pretty quick. 1 phone interview and 4 in person interview. Culture of the company is very good. All of the 4 people I met during interview made me comfortable. Everyone in the company is super friendly and respectful.

Started off by asking what is my greatest weakness and strength. The discussed where I am at in my life and where I hope to be in five years. Overall the interviewer was very friendly and I had a great time talking with him. He kept saying how open American Woodmark is and how they are quite a family company.
