Interview are conducted in different stage and in many different ways. I have been through several. There is the 1 on 1, which means you may interview with 4 or 5 people in 1 day. Then there is a group interview with lunch. This is intense, this portions of the interview allows Woodmark to see if you are a "good fit" for the culture. There is also the phone interview, which are usually anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes long.
