I had a phone interview with the director of legal services and then a panel interview in the office. Both interviews were pleasant to have. However, I was initially told in the phone interview that the office was following proper CDC guidelines for COVID-19. When I got to the office for the panel interview, I noticed that whenever someone was sitting at their desk/cubicle, they were not wearing masks. Not to mention that there was at least half the office not wearing masks when walking around. Although I didn't bring this up during the interview, I felt I was lied to by the phone interviewer and I would've felt completely unsafe working in the office during the pandemic. Furthermore, after the panel interview, I was told they would make decisions about the next steps within the week, but I have been ghosted by them since then. I have not heard one thing since.
