Entretien
Standard process. First I was contacted by a HR representative who asked basic questions and was very concerned with expected salary range. I got the impression that they are more concerned with pay then quality. Based on how the responded and asked follow up salary questions they are paying below market value. Also if you dont answer that is the end of the process for you, they are very clear about that.
Second was an in person interview with HR again (behavioral questions) and 1:1 with the hiring manager.
After the fact I found out the position was offered to a former classmate of the hiring manager.
