I applied online and a few weeks later I was contacted. I came in for a 1:1 interview with the Red Cross manager. The interview lasted about 30 min. Most of the questions were behavioral based but they were all very easy. A couple of weeks later, I was offered the job. Soon after, I signed an employment contract and started training.

Most demanding part is the schedule. Person I interviewed with was over an hour late to the interview and did not remember key details that I mentioned during the interview that’s turned working with the company nightmare.

Interviewing was very easy, minimal questions. Asked the basic things you'd expect, Nothing out of left field. They left room for questions of your own about the role and company.
