Applied through the company website, was contacted the next day by HR with interest in a phone call. Spoke briefly with them, very stale and unfriendly which took me off-guard, but generally easy questions. Was then directed to the person I'd be working under and had a phone call with her, also unfriendly. From our conversation, she showed no interest, which was fine with me (win some, lose some). However, I got an email not even an hour later inviting me to the office. The office was nice, but the interview was a regurgitation of every single question we'd already discussed, and she explained she hadn't paid attention at the time of our first interview. Asked easy, straightforward questions, but still unapproachable. A blessing in disguise (actually relieved!) when I didn't get the job. Doesn't seem like great work culture.
