I do not know if I got the job because the process has been handled so unprofessionally. I haven't heard from them for months after the interview. I emailed the recruiter, and they mentioned that they would get back to me, but they stopped responding, leaving me confused and frustrated with how they managed the process. The entire process took over a month, from an HR screening to an aptitude test and interviews with the manager and VPs. While the interviewers were nice, the overall experience was horrible and unprofessional. If you're considering applying to this company, I strongly suggest you reconsider. You will likely not receive any feedback and will end up wasting your time. They really need to work on treating their potential candidates with dignity. Ghosting reflects poorly on the company, and I cannot stress this enough. The recruiting team needs to do better!
