Process was pretty normal/standard. I had a phone interview then an in person interview and finally a background check after I accepted the position. Overall the process took around a month from applying for a job and then actually starting the job.

The questions were pretty basic. If you google interview questions, you'll likely find ones they ask. It is a panel but only had 2 interviewers and they took turns asking questions.
