Applied online and promptly received an email asking for an interview. I went in not long after and spoke with the interviewer for a short time while they explained the school. At the end I was offered a job.

The interview process wasn't particularly difficult. After they reviewed my online application, they contacted me through email and asked to set up an over-the-phone interview. The interview is typically supposed to last for an hour, but mine ended up being nearly two. The individual on the phone was kind and friendly.
