Interviewer showed up 15 minutes late, and was what I could describe as nearly hostile. He was completely dismissive of all of my relevant experience, and was basically impossible to engage with in any way. He also just continued to ask the same questions over and over. Not surprised that they still haven't filled this position, as it didnt seem like he even wanted to hire someone for the role. Would definitely recommend having someone more personable and professional running these interviews.

Met with the owners. They explained the job thoroughly and its expectations/responsibilities. They spoke to the company's mission and positive approach in the work environment, and then were mainly focused on getting to know me a s a person and who I am. Some of my skills were relevant, but everything I have learned int he position has come from the very thorough and successful training program that I went through as a new Energy Specialist
