Entretien
The first part of the interview was a group meeting in which they pitched us on getting out licenses to sell insurance from them and promising big money out the gate. They asked for a second interview in which they told me I was hired and told me I had to pay a few hundred dollars in cash to get my license. After spending the money and getting licensed it fell apart, it is a shame they are big cheaters and I will not lie for money.

Virtual group interview with about 11 people. They gave a breakdown of what would be required (An insurance license) and what we could expect. There is no base salary and each sale is estimated to average $500

Entretien
Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
