I was cold called by a third party recruiting firm who found my resume on CareerBuilder. You go in to the interview process by first meeting one of the managers, they decide whether or not to have you go forward to through the interview process. Then you have to sit in a room with several others wanting the same position. Anyone who can read, write, and speak at a somewhat literate level will get hired. You have to fill out a questionnaire, and like I said as long as you can read and write you will have no problems. After they "look" at your questionnaire, they call you and set up a second interview where you meet with either one of the MGA's or the GA, depending on who gets your questionnaire. After that you go through the training and have to memorize a script for everything you do or say. Literally, there is a script for everything. You will never say or think your own words when talking to members.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
