I was cold-called from the company to come in for an interview---it being only a few minutes away, I figured it couldn't hurt. When I arrived I could clearly see what was going on: they call as many people as they can and weed out the ones that are clearly not a good fit. The interviewer told me that it was the first of a three stage interview process. I am not sure if I will accept the second interview. The first was less than 10 minutes, so it was obviously just a pre-interview filter.

The interview went well, I'm just looking for insight on what I'll be walking into starting this job. I had to add a review to be able to see others reviews, I will update as soon as I start.
