J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life (Woburn, MA) en mai 2015
Entretien
It starts with a group interview. There were 3 others in my group. There is a powerpoint that explains that the company is growing at a rapid pace and that there is area for personal and professional growth within the company. I felt like it was something of a sales pitch, a little gimicky..."make easy money fast...and go on our amazing retreat every year". I would rather be told, "these are the options in the company and these are the things you need to do to advance." I felt like there was not a lot of substance.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Personality questionnaire. The only one I remember was to the effect of If you had to fire Sally who's been with the company for 20 years and is recently under-performing or Timmy who is new but is excelling, who would you fire.
I had a feeling once I saw the building that it was not going to be something my fit. I walk in to the office and surprise to see 15 other people. Some forgot their resume and others to dress professionally when they actually send you an email to remind you. Somehow they were still allow to stay. At that point I was thinking what sort of company will bypass these things. At that I figure I don't want to continue the interview. As that happen I was call in to interview which didn't feel like an interview just to describe by current job situation from there I was put in a room with another 10 people to complete an assessment. If you dont want to sell insurance then its not the fit for you.
