3 steps, invited in for initial one on one, immediately followed by an overview of company and what to expect with the position. Called back the next day for a final interview with the MGA. The overview kind of made it sound too good to be true. And there are some things they leave out, but it would be impossible to go over everything the position entails in a half hour.
Super easy, they want to hire you because managers are measured on how many people they hire and retain. No past experience needed. They love a salesy attitude and over achievers

First round was a general webinar/ zoom with zero interaction - more of a business presentation about the opportunities, followed by a survey form to fill out and return. 2nd round was maybe a 20 minute 1 on 1 interview where I was offered the position on the spot.
Standard interview questions - had a group interview and then a one-on-one with branch manager. went through all the steps to obtain cert and timeline to get started. Made aware that this position is purely commission based.
