I came in for the interview and found out once there that it was a group interview with about 6-7 canidates. In round one they described the company and position a bit and told us they would bring back top 2-4 canidates for round two, but they didnt really ask any question to of us to see who would be in the top. round two consisted of the same guy going into more detail about the product and how easy it was to sell and how there was no cold calling which is only partially true. they had me come back the next day to have a one on one. there the guy told me i had the job and would have to pay 200 buck for a book and a class and 80 bucks for tests to get my license.
You sit through a short presentation to get an idea of the process and benefits. They ask the typical sales questions to get you engaged. With a door to door type sales position they explain the importance of setting appointments.

they have a webinar that explains the job then they have a questionnaire for you to fill out, seems very detailed and informative for someone who's never been in the insurance industry. seems like you could make a lot of money if you were good with people.
Fun and informative , the company has agencies within the company that act as independent subsidiaries. The Andre McCollum agency seems to be a lively place to be at and the atmosphere is great.
