First met with a manager for a quick one on one, basically to see if I had a brain I feel. Even if they felt I didn't have one I'm pretty sure I would've been shuffled into the next phase of the interview: Group Presentation.
Now you're in a room with 5+ other candidates, arnd you're told that you won't all be hired. You're asked to fill out a questionaire to show what some of your strengths might be. A slide show follows with the manager, mostly highlighting the perks of the company. This obviously is exciting but comes off as very skeptical too.

First round was a general webinar/ zoom with zero interaction - more of a business presentation about the opportunities, followed by a survey form to fill out and return. 2nd round was maybe a 20 minute 1 on 1 interview where I was offered the position on the spot.
Standard interview questions - had a group interview and then a one-on-one with branch manager. went through all the steps to obtain cert and timeline to get started. Made aware that this position is purely commission based.
