They basically download a bunch of names off of sites like monster and then make the agents call the names. Interview is initially one-on-one with a manager, very basic stuff, then into a group seminar on the company. If they like you, then you get an interview with the agency director.
Life insurance isn't difficult to get into. But the turnover is high because it's commission only; so far as hiring goes, if your a warm body with a clean driving record, you're in.

Nothing difficult. Why do you want to work here, what are your goals in work, life, etc.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
