The interview was very easy-going and relaxed. I was asked a few standard interview questions, walked down my resume, and asked a few questions myself. I was offered the position at the end of the interview.

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.

It was easy. Mostly behavioural questions. It was went for about 1 hour. Some common questions were Tell me more about yourself, about your previous job, what drives you towards AIL.

I’ve only started with the beginning stages of the interview process, but so far I am extremely enthused. They are very informative, as well as provide lots of opportunity for growth in the company.
