J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life (Toronto, ON)
Entretien
Was cold called for a group presentation. Group presentation was overviewing amount of money to be made, and was not a great representation of what the actual job entailed. They also had a survey to be filled out that was never looked at or mentioned afterwards.
One on one interview was standard, but once again was not honest about day-to-day, nor did it mention the cold-calling and shady business tactics.

Question 1
Is this something that you could see yourself doing?
The interview went well, I'm just looking for insight on what I'll be walking into starting this job. I had to add a review to be able to see others reviews, I will update as soon as I start.

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

Question 1
There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
