J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life

I was cold called by a woman who could barely work a phone, let alone describe her company, but she said I could interview they next day and I liked the timely turnaround. Interview was pretty standard with questions about motivation and leadership, but then they put us all in a room to watch a presentation about the company. It was half info about working there and half a sales pitch to get us to buy insurance. At one point, "Tiny" asked some very personal questions about someone's battle with cancer. Overall, the workplace seems like a bad stereotype of a fraternity. Meat-head guys in bad suits trying to get us to buy into their pyramid scheme of a company.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
