Initial individual interviews, very quick, then questionnaires posing personality trait items on such things as competitiveness. I felt that more weight put on these surveys than individual interviews. Then group presentation describing company and job.

I waited online for an Zoom interview to start for 15 minutes after confirming the time with the company that morning. No one ever joined the meeting and no response from the company. Was very disappointed as time is valuable.

A sales pitch to me about free cruises and bonuses. Seemed like a multilevel marketing scam. It was much more about them than me. And they seemed to be willing to take on anyone. All commission based so they don't care.
