This is a joke. Customer Service job description sounds decent. When I was contacted via email I was given a different job description. The email stated I would be meeting with the owner. I arrived at the interview and there were 12-15 other people. I decided to stick around. I was "interviewed" if you want to call it that but a "manager". He asked pretty much the same question over and over just worked different. Didn't allow me to ask any questions. Told me I was a perfect fit and I was being fasted tracked to the next step. Fast tracked ?? Whatever. They tell you that to make it sound like you have accomplished something. You then have to do a personality test and sit through a hour presentation to hear that they only pick 4.23% of all the applicants. I was chosen, but couldn't work the schedule. They shook my hand and said good luck.

I waited online for an Zoom interview to start for 15 minutes after confirming the time with the company that morning. No one ever joined the meeting and no response from the company. Was very disappointed as time is valuable.

Watch a webinar, which is concise, straightforward and to the point. Then answer a survey and hope you are a good match for a call back. You do need to pay for your own licensing

A sales pitch to me about free cruises and bonuses. Seemed like a multilevel marketing scam. It was much more about them than me. And they seemed to be willing to take on anyone. All commission based so they don't care.
