Initial interview - basic screening about 10 minutes. General rapport, basic interaction with manager - do you make eye contact. Next step group video presentation on company and career path opportunities. Video introduced by manager and HR. Final interview scheduled via phone call for the next day with contract offer. This pipeline is a weekly ongoing event, keep constant flow of "new hires" starting with company

There was a filter interview at first, then there was a real group interview, and then after that there was a final interview at which they decide if you make the fit and then decide wether or not to hire you.
