I got a phone call from the local office to set up a time for the initial interview. Then when you get to the office, they get you to fill out a question form and use it to form questions to get to know you a little bit. If they like what they hear they offer you to go to the next step, where they tell you about the business and how they operate. Then they set up a 3rd and final interview if you're still interested in the opportunity.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
