J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Income Life (Las Vegas, NV) en févr. 2016

Really fast process, seemed a little fishy because they seem to hire everybody. Declined because its a sales job and I dont want to get into sales. Tell you about the position and then there is a 20 minute presentation about advancement opportunities and whatnot. Almost seemed like a presentation that would be given for a pyramid scheme.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
