Initially was a call with the HR rep. It went well but then a day later I was asked if I could do an interview with the IT manager about 2 hours after she asked. I couldn’t make it so we scheduled an interview for a different day, to which I was completely ghosted on. Poor communication and overall was just a very odd way of handling a potential candidate.

The interview was a couple of calls between the HR rep and the manager of the role before meeting in person and getting a tour of the working location. Not to bad overall.
