First we had an online aptitude test followed by an online interview. We had to read the questions, think about it for 30 seconds and then record the answer. For the last question, we had to write a code. The day at the assessment center was fun. There a Competency based and a Technical interview followed by a group activity. I felt that the questions in the CBT interview were slightly irrelevant for fresh grads.

Question 1
The time when you came up with a creative solution for a problem?
A few interviews (phone, technical, and personality) leading to a big assessment centre. Nothing was particularly difficult, and everyone was very pleasant in the process. Feels like they don't just value technical skills, but who you are as a person as well.

20 minute video interview, assessment centre (hackathon and 1 interview). None of these could really be prepared for beforehand. Interview questions were more about my childhood and how I ended up where I am. No competency or behavioural questions involved.

It was a wonderful experience. The company put up a very show for the candidates before the main assessment. There was a hackathon where we worked in a group. Socket programming was essential in my case and knowledge about using github will help. We were then assessed individually in the group.
