J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Express (Hove, Angleterre) en oct. 2024
Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiter for an interview. The first technical interview went well; the interviewer was kind and professional. The second was a behavioral interview with the hiring manager, who joined 5 minutes late, which was fine, but he seemed distracted, often typing or reading during our discussion. He asked unusually detailed questions, even about my university days, which felt like he doubted the authenticity of my profile. Because of this experience, I’ve since added written references to my CV. Afterward, I waited 10 days for a rejection without any feedback despite my request. Overall, the process felt neutral, but lacked transparency.

This was for a contract to hire position through Motion Recruitment. Submitted resume through recruiter and had one hour-ish interview, followed by offer. The interview was half culture fit/situational questions and half tech/coding assessment. No algorithm questions, just basic JavaScript/React knowledge
