I applied multiple times and was never given the opportunity until now to even be granted and interview. I am usually not nervous as I have worked in all aspects of customer service. I found the hirevue interview process unique but I was also very nervous. I find that live interviews with another person is better. I received that dear John email and was left feeling very discouraged. It sucks being turned down, my mother worked for the company and I wanted to as well, I am determined and will just apply for other positions.

Had three interviews in a 10 day special. Met with group and pretty much STAR. I read up on company and impressed them. on 2nd interview you had a scenario and you offered up how you would handle.
Insanely long. Interview process started in October 2013 and I started in January 2014. There are many rounds of interviews. After getting the job you have to “certify”. Some who were hired did not end up getting the job due to customer survey answers.
