I recently completed the interview process for the Customer Success Manager role, and while I appreciate the opportunity, I wanted to share some feedback on my experience.
The process felt unnecessarily prolonged and disorganized. Multiple interviews were scheduled with limited information on the next steps, and there were frequent delays in communication. The role expectations and criteria for selection also seemed unclear, with different interviewers providing inconsistent information regarding the responsibilities and performance metrics for the position. Additionally, feedback following each interview stage was minimal, which made it difficult to understand my standing or areas for improvement.
Overall, the experience left me feeling uncertain about the organization’s internal alignment and its approach to managing candidate experiences. I hope this feedback is helpful in refining the process to make it more transparent, efficient, and candidate-friendly.
