1. Phone interview with internal talent acquisitions. 30min conversation, talking through work experience, skill set, product knowledge, etc. 2. First round interview with the hiring manager. Assessment of product knowledge, agile scrum experience, and project exposure. Also incorporated basic behavioral questions, such as conflict management, prioritization, and analysis methods. 3. Second round interview with a Technology lead. Assessment of technical knowledge, ability to learn and apply technology. Ability to collaborate with software development team, and translate business knowledge to technology requirements. Also assessed partnership compatibility with the tech lead, management style, conflict management, and segregation of duties/responsibilities. 4. Final round interview with the line of business leader. Informal interview, assessing cultural fit, career goals and trajectory. LOB leaders are looking for long term candidates, that will be able to learn and master the domain, and generate value.
