J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Express (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2015
Entretien
Very disappointing, slow, uninformative. I spoke to a HR women for 20 minutes. Waited a month, kept chasing her. She then said she had more information about the role so I had another 10 minute interview where she asked 2 more very basic questions. Waited another few weeks, chased her. She said "Due to the role being previously placed on a hold process, we have had to reopen for further candidates to apply." She said I should hear in 2 more weeks. I didn't and I got another great job in that time. The whole process was a complete waste of time and the role obvious wasn't a real role. I was very disappointed in American Express for wasting my time.

had a really positive interview experience with American Express for the Business Development Associate role. The interviewers were professional, engaging, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The questions were thoughtful and gave me a chance to truly express my strengths and passion for the role. It felt more like a conversation than an interrogation, which I really appreciated.
there are total 3 rounds of the interview
first ground- phone interview with HR
second round and third round, there are the zoom interview with the line manager and director

Panel interview. Mock roleplays and questions about previous employment. The panel interview felt like a speed dating scene from a movie. Lot's of questions about previous experience which is the norm
