Process begins with an interview with a recruiter dedicated to numerous but like functions. The next level interview is conducted by the hiring manager and sometimes a 3rd level is required. A caution, many times the hiring manager has a candidate pre-selected yet go through the entire process. Interview questions are based on previous experience and limited hypotheticals.
