I made a connection with an employee and my resume was passed along and I randomly received an email to interview for their finance internship program via video interview. The interview is composed of two parts: the first 30 minutes discussed behavioral questions and one scenario (the typical Marketing Campaign question) and the last 30 minutes was more so 'technical' and focused on the company. After I finished, I heard back two days later and was invited to their onsite interview. In the email they sent, it states that its mostly behavior and scenario questions. I haven't done the second part as of yet.

The basic questions, just cross check Chat GPT and your CV. Then, include lots of STAR examples. strong, natural-sounding phrases you can use during your interview to demonstrate that you're well-prepared for role. These phrases align with your past experience, daily job tasks, and key interview questions.
