A few weeks after I applied online to their HR Analyst role, I received a call from their Recruitment Specialist. She formally arranged a phone interview schedule and have informed me of the interview process to help me review well so that I could provide her with the valuable information she'll need to better evaluate my experiences against the position requirement. She said after I qualify the screening I will undergo two more interviews then a notice if I will be a success or not.
